Conveying method design: Continuous conveying is adopted, and multi-line conveying is designed in the oven, which shortens the length and floor space of the oven, allowing the small oven to bake more workpieces at the same time, achieving the dual advantages of energy-saving and space utilization.
Open layout: The whole line layout uses an open loading and unloading system, which reserves more loading and unloading space. After loading, pretreatment, drying, powder spraying, heating and curing, cooling and unloading, the floor space is further reduced.
Efficient pretreatment: The pretreatment part adopts a shot blasting machine, which has the advantages of fast and high efficiency, avoids the introduction of drying, optimizes the space layout, and transforms the horizontal demand into a vertical configuration to meet the requirements of limited space.
